iDealsteel Services was established in 2012 as a specialist Sheet Metal and Structural Steel Manufacturing company and is located in Nuffield, Springs in the Gauteng. We specialise in underground mining equipment, mobile and semi mobile crushing equipment, tankers and trailer services. We pride ourselves on our quality and our turnaround times and are the ideal partner of choice when it comes to your steel projects.

Manufacturing

At iDealsteel Services we fabricate structural and plate components for some of the largest mining and crushing companies in the country from underground locomotives, QDS Platforms and Drill Rigs to Large Crushing Plants and Conveyor systems right down to small liner plates.

Nothing is too big or too small and we will manufacture any component in most materials to the highest quality according to our customer’s requirements.

Having the necessary machinery in-house gives us a distinct advantage in our turnaround times being able to cut our own plate and structural material and bend or roll as and when required. We also have our own paint bay and are able to primer and even final coat our products as required by our clients.

Tankers

iDealsteel Services is a certified MIB Body Builder and we are fully SABS compliant and build according to the Road Traffic Act regulations and dimensions. We manufacture Combination Units, Vacuum Trucks, Honey Suckers, Diesel Bowsers, Water Bowsers, Water Trucks and Skid or Trailer Mounted Tank systems.

Our Tankers are fabricated to a superior quality and can be mounted on a truck, trailer or skid dependent on your industry and utilization e.g. mining, construction, building, farming, earthmoving, transport, domestic and private sectors, sewage or drain cleaning.
